Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
1. Who we are
Shannon — The Automation Comrade ("Shannon") is operated by Paul Bryton Raj, trading as Kalephor (https://kalephor.com). These terms are an agreement between you and Paul Bryton Raj.
You can reach us at any time at kalephorhq@gmail.com.
2. The service
Shannon is a software service that helps you research topics, draft LinkedIn posts in your writing voice, generate accompanying images, and publish approved posts to your own LinkedIn account.
Shannon never publishes anything to your LinkedIn account without an explicit approval action from you.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
4. Your content
You own the writing samples you upload and the posts Shannon drafts for you. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service for you.
You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approving it. AI-generated text and images can contain errors — approving a post means you have checked it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Shannon to produce spam, harassment, hate speech, misinformation, or anything that violates LinkedIn's User Agreement or applicable law.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or automate abusive volumes of requests against the service.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage limits for each plan are listed on the pricing page and are enforced per billing period.
You can cancel at any time from Settings or through the Paddle customer portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, the account reverts to Starter limits.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy at /refunds. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
7. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
8. Suspension and termination
Paul Bryton Raj may suspend or terminate your access to Shannon, in whole or in part, with or without notice where reasonably necessary: for material breach of these terms, for non-payment, where there is a security or fraud risk to us, our providers or other users, where required by law or by LinkedIn, or for repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use section above.
Where practical we will contact you first and give you an opportunity to fix the problem. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your plan and deleting your account from Settings, which also removes your stored content.
9. Third-party services
Shannon connects to LinkedIn on your behalf using LinkedIn's official OAuth flow, and uses third-party AI and email providers to generate drafts and deliver approval emails. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
You can disconnect LinkedIn from your settings at any time.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Shannon available, but the service is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, and without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change as the product evolves.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Paul Bryton Raj arising from your use of Shannon is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
