Who controls your data
Shannon — The Automation Comrade is operated by Kalephor (https://kalephor.com), which is the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and profile photo from the sign-in provider you choose.
Content you give us: writing samples, inspiration you paste, drafts, revisions and feedback.
LinkedIn data: when you connect LinkedIn, we store the access token and your LinkedIn member identifier so we can publish approved posts and read engagement metrics for posts Shannon published.
Product usage: which features you use and how many drafts, generations and images you consume in a billing period.
How we use it
To generate drafts in your voice, send you approval emails, publish approved posts to LinkedIn, and show you performance analytics.
To enforce plan limits and process billing.
To debug, secure and improve the service.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your writing samples to train third-party foundation models.
Who we share it with
Hosting and database infrastructure, our AI generation provider, our transactional email provider, and our payment processor. Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.
LinkedIn, when you approve a post for publishing.
Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so.
Retention
Your posts, samples and voice fingerprint are kept while your account is open. Discovered trends are automatically deleted after 50 hours.
When you delete your account, we delete your content and revoke stored LinkedIn tokens.
Your choices
You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from your settings, which revokes our ability to publish on your behalf.
You can unsubscribe from approval emails using the link in any email, or pause delivery in your schedule settings.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your rows is enforced at the database level so that only your account can read your content.
